My journey into the world of cooking began at the age of 13, working in my mother’s restaurant. Ever since, I’ve been immersed in the hospitality industry, finding my passion in crafting meals that bring joy and satisfaction to others.

Over the past twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of being head chef at multiple esteemed restaurants and working as a freelance chef. This has allowed me to experience and integrate diverse culinary traditions into my own style.

Cooking isn’t just a profession for me; it’s a way to connect with people and make them happy. In Mediterranean culture, food is at the heart of all life’s great events—birthdays, anniversaries, and even small family Sundays. Every dish I create is a tribute to these moments, infused with the rich traditions of Mediterranean cuisine and a touch of my unique flair.
